Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped into 1/4 inch slices or grated
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a medium bowl, seasoning to taste. Recommended to refrigerate for an hour or two before serving in order to enhance the flavors, but not necessary. Enjoy!
